Before you access the course, we will ask some questions about you and your situation.
We review all registrations within one working day and aim to ensure that you have access to the course within two working days.

The course is designed to help you reflect on your gambling, identifying issues or behaviours that could be having an impact on you and changing them to healthier ones. Each module focuses on a different topic, providing you with new insights and exercises to help you reflect on each theme:
You will be assigned a GamCare practitioner to help guide you through the course. They will schedule a call with you each week to catch-up on your progress and ensure that you are getting the most out of the course. This call will last between 5 to 20 minutes.
You will also be able to share your experiences with other participants in a dedicated forum. You may want to use a nickname as a username instead of your real name, and this is fine. You can find more information about the forum here.
You will also receive a follow up from GamCare at the end of the course, and then three, six and 12 months after you have completed it, usually by email. If you need any additional support at any time or you feel the course is not matching your needs, please notify your practitioner and they will be able to assist you.

To participate in this course, you need access to a stable internet connection via a computer or mobile device, and you need to keep track of the username and password you create during registration.
Everything within the course is password protected and only you will be able to access your completed modules. Your login details are very important and should be stored safely. Please contact us as soon as possible if you forget your login details or if you think that someone else may have accessed them.
